Honey is the unusual color of white blocking liver. Genetically she is a liver colored dog, but she appears white. The liver gene affects her leather color making it appear liver instead of black like most white GSDs. She is the the first White ChocolateTM German Shepherd Dog we have produced, but we have the potential to produce more as well as Blue IceTM German Shepherd Dogs which are dogs that are genetically blue with blue leather, but appear white.

At almost one year old Honey has grown into a beautiful girl. I had never seen a White ChocolateTM GSD in person before and wasn't sure if I really liked the color, but after having watched Honey grow up, the color is definitely one I like
